We Empower Creatives and Communities Across the Mediterranean
Inesto APS is the community heart of our regenerative movement.
We bring together changemakers, creatives, and communities proving that another way of living and working is possible—rooted in kindness, collaboration, and collective flourishing.
We bridge the gap between rural heritage and urban future, designing cultural ecosystems that leave no one behind.
We design and run cultural programs, youth exchanges, artist residencies, and social innovation projects—always with women's empowerment and territorial regeneration at the center.
Our name comes from "innesto," the Italian word for grafting: the agricultural technique of joining different plants to create something stronger than either could be alone.

EU Project Design & Consortium Building
We are active partners in the European design space. We don't just participate; we ground abstract policies into real-world contexts. INESTO APS is the ideal partner for consortia looking for a robust Mediterranean pilot site or a partner capable of managing high-engagement dissemination and community involvement.
We regularly contribute to Erasmus+, Creative Europe, and Horizon Europe proposals. We bring to the table our expertise in regenerative urbanism, female leadership, and social innovation. If you are a university, a research center, or an international NGO writing a project and looking for a partner that bridges the gap between research and territorial implementation, we are ready to co-design
Our Vision
A Mediterranean network of thriving territories where heritage fuels innovation, rural areas are recognized as essential to European resilience, women lead transformation, community wellbeing measures success, and regenerative business models are standard.
Communities prospering through unique identities rather than despite them. Spatial justice as practical framework, not aspiration. Mediterranean as laboratory Europe studies for its regenerative future.

About Inesto
What's the difference between Inesto APS and Inesto SRL SB?
Inesto APS is our non-profit association—it handles community programs, cultural events, youth exchanges, and research. Inesto SRL SB is our benefit corporation—it handles consulting, strategy, and commercial projects. They work together, with the association receiving support from the company's work.
Do I need to be in Italy to join?
No. Our work spans multiple countries, and members come from across Europe and beyond. Many of our programs take place in different locations, and remote involvement is possible for various activities.
Membership
Do I need to be a member to participate in your programs?
Yes. All our experiences—co-living, retreats, festivals, residencies, youth exchanges—require membership. We're an association, not a tour operator. This ensures everyone who participates is part of the community and aligned with our values.
What do I actually get as a member?
Priority access to our programs (residencies, exchanges, co-living, festivals), discounts on program fees, invitations to members-only gatherings, and connection to our community of people working on territorial regeneration across Europe.
.
How do I become a member?
You can fill out the form and proceed with your chosen membership payment. Once registered, you'll receive confirmation and access to our member communications.
Programs & Participation
How can I participate in your programs?
Erasmus+ projects are funded by the EU—check each call for specific requirements. Artist residencies have open calls throughout the year. Co-living and retreat programs are announced to members first. Join as a member or sign up to our newsletter to stay informed about opportunities.
.
Are programs free?
It depends. Erasmus+ youth exchanges are partially funded by the EU (travel, accommodation, food covered). Other programs like co-living, retreats, and festivals have participation fees that vary by program. Members receive discounts on all paid programs.
Partnerships & Donations
Can my organization partner with Inesto APS?
Yes. We work with municipalities, cultural organizations, NGOs, and companies on joint programs, events, and territorial projects. Contact us at info@inesto.it to discuss possibilities.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. All donations to Inesto APS qualify for tax benefits under Italian law (D.Lgs 117/2017). Individuals can deduct 30% up to €30,000, or deduct up to 10% of income with no ceiling. Companies can deduct up to 10% of declared income with no ceiling. We provide full documentation for tax purposes.
